Only problem is, it's the government, so you'd need that
request for the username and password filled out in triplicate,
bonded, and mailed (not faxed).

Then, you'd find out the username you were given was misspelled,
and the router/server you were trying to break into has been down
for the last three days due to a CPU overload from government workers
downloading porn while in the office.
