Um, the IEEE issues the Ethernet vendor prefixes, so
I think the canonical source is
http://standards.ieee.org/regauth/oui/index.html
which says this is Electronics for Imaging. This
Nasdaq-traded public company is a technology partner
of several larger firms, including Canon.
