Checkpoint and Citrix-- any suggestions??

Dear List, 

We have client that is attempting to use ICA protocol through Checkpoint
firewall [NT] without success. Has configured firewall according to Citrix's
instructions, i.e. open port 1494 and source ports  enter 1023 to 9999, etc.


No success-- does anyone here have experience using Checkpoint w/ ICA
protocol?
