I use rinetd to redirect http requests to four web servers that are on
our internal network. There's one side effect which is that all entries
on the web server logs are against the firewall, and not the browser.

Subject: Simple question

Should a functional fw be able to redirect HTTP requests from the
Internet
to a WWW server in a DMZ that is using non-routable/private address?

Without using NAT or should NAT be neeeeded?

Thanks.

Jean.
