So you are using RADIUS for proxy authentication?  Or just firewall login
authentication?  I'm not sure about TACACS accepting RADIUS packets.  I
believe the two are incompatible.

  Will TACACS accept RADIUS formatted packet?  I don't know much about the
TACACS interface for FW-1 but I'm using 
the RADIUS authentication.  It look a little doing to get it set up but it
seems very reliable.  No accounting though :-[
