expereinces with cops. I know with other commercial
scanners around that detect much more, cops has
is not being used much in enterprises.
but, anyway i would appprecite if you would take

This question pertains to the COPS scanner.
The COPS (for unix) which I have downloaded
from the web. It is a ascii file with shell scripts
and
authors installation instructions and comments as
well.
before i install it on the system I have this
question.
how does the installation work ?
COPS is a executable shell script file ? so how
come
this ascii file ??? if anyone of you has installed
cops
then do email me. I wnat to understand its
installation
procedure before i install it on my systems.
