Is it an advantage to have a (Microsoft) DNS in a DMZ containing a NT BDC and many NT servers?  Should it be the primary DNS for the NT servers in the DMZ and as a forwarder for the hostnames that it cannot resolve?
Is it also be advisable to have these NT servers using a WINS behind a firewall?
Proponents claim that it would reduce network broadcast?

Any pointers/suggestions are appreciated.

Thanks,

Ivan
