Bret,

This page appears to be incomplete and not really aimed at any specificity
within Firewall-1, mostly the information is very generic and not very
specific oriented. References to some of the usual items, assumptions,
physical security. This guide should really be split into two guides.
firewall-1 for Windows NT and one for Firewall -1 for UNIX(solaris, HP,
etc) inlucded as appendixes.

Novice administrators are looking for good how-to guides, similiar to
phoneboy's faq (www.phoneboy.com) There has been some attempt to do this
at SANS with their SNAP courses, but they are still really in the Alpha
stage of that. None of the people really putting together the courses are
still in the hands-on arena. A majority of the firewall vendors and
hardware vendors still have not integrated their installation and
ocnifguration guides together to assist anyone new at installing a
firewall. Firewall-1 can be installed a variety of ways on Solaris 2.6
