Hello there people,
I have the following question for you which has been puzzling me for a
while.
Asume that you have a firewall (FW-1) with three interfaces, one the
external (real IP), one the DMZ net (fake), and the third one the Internal
net (fake as well).
When you define the Firewall object you need to specify the ethernet
interfaces as well as the Valid Addresses for each interface, and the Spoof
Tracking.
Now for every interface I have selected Log for Spoof Tracking. But it is
quiet puzzling when it comes to select the valid addresses. For the External
Interface I select OTHERS, and for the Internal net I select THIS NET. What
about the DMZ net? If I select ANY it brings me up the spoofing warning. If
I select OTHERS + INTERNAL, It seems that it is conflicting.
Any help?
Spiros
