Anyone had problems installing Cybercop Monitor??

I do a fresh install of NT 4.0 on a new Compaq 1600r server, install SP4/SP5
and IE5 and everything is fine.  After I install Cybercop Monitor 2.0 the
system will blue screen crash every time IE is used.  If I stop the Cybercop
service
the system is stable again.

Any help would be appreciated.
