correct, and the other side of the coin is NIPRNET,
(Nonsecure, etc..)

we don't use IPv6  ...NIPRNET or SIPRNET ;)

correct as well, physically removed from the rest of the internet,
in fact many secure boxen are "stand-alone" and have to be
to become accredited from SECRET on up to TS/SCI, etc...
