Hi all. I thought I remembered this topic discussed in the past, but I haven't been successful in finding a reference to it. Does anyone have any information on some sort of a liability statement I could present to a client before doing some freelance work? I'd of course have a lawyer look it over, but I thought there was something to get started with? Perhaps a M$ license agreement from the wrapper of one of their products...
