Good afternoon,
Our company is about to setup a service network. Many of our users are
complaining that it will take away too much, make their lives to hard, all
for "very little benefit".
I am interested in any documents (online or paper) that contains
descriptions/arguments for/against/pros/cons etc.. of service networks.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
