Sorry about the double post. My first post began with the word "Get" (rather
than "Try"), and I got a note back from the listserv that it was rejecting
the post because it began with a reserved word and suggested that I reword
and resend.

So I did. Then sure enough my first post came through anyway, followed by
the second. Oh well....

Try PacketX from http://ntobjectives.com. (It runs on NT and Windows 2000.)
You can create any kind of Ethernet, IP, or TCP packet you want. You can't
put any payload in the packets, though....
