We recently had a problem on our Firewall where we would have 1 incoming packet, but outgoing would be over 300 packets/second, for a period of 15 to 30 minutes. Now our Outgoing data, was still not incredibly high probably around 60 kbps Upon checking our Router Logs, for this same period for the same IP Address I noticed a large number of connections that had 304 error messages. Which happens to be the "Not Moved" error message. Has anyone else seen this error message, and could you explain why this could be happening, and have you seen this, in your experience. I feel it's a cache server acting up.
