radius question

hi.

i am sure many of you have thought of this :) and since lucent gave me an
offer of a 'software' at some $60.000, which i find a pityfull joke, i am
asking you: anyone succeeded in making radiusd refuse several connections on
the same account ? or, anyone has the source for Livingston RADIUS 2.1b6
1998/08/31  ? somehow newer source 2.1 1999/6/23   wont compile on my
machine :o(
