An old version of Gauntlet firewall has been successfully accepting Email from a
particular site for years. Now that I have replaced that fw with Gauntlet 5.5, this
one (only this one) site can no longer deliver Email to my client. I have installed a
separate Email server thinking that it was a problem with the NAI SMAP program. But we
still cannot recieve Email from them.

I have a theory that this site has a non-standard method of ending an SMTP session.
Something close to <CR><LF>.<CR><LF> but not quite. They CAN successfully send Email
to other Internet sites.

Is there a sendmail configuration option that I can try? Has anyone experienced this
before?

Thank You,
Chris Adams
