When you say unreachable do you mean that you are using access lists to block this packet? Otherwise, if you are getting this back from the internet, than you probably cannot get there at all. If it is inside to inside your network, you probably do not have other routers configured properly to share routing information. If you are using the same dynamic routing protocol on all routers, than you should not need to "configure" your router to find the different route, that route should be learned automatically. Maybe I do not understand your question correctly.
