Actually, it's "ip route 203.182.182.0 255.255.255.0 ser2". The "any"
keyword should not be a part of the "ip route" statement, and the 0.0.0.255
is a "wildcard" declaration for ACL's and should not be confused with the
netmask(255.255.255.0) that you use for routing.
