There's also AIDE at http://www.cs.tut.fi/~rammer/aide.html.
Its homepage states, "AIDE (Advanced Intrusion Detection
Environment) is a free replacement for Tripwire. It does the
same things as the semi-free Tripwire and more.".  You might
want to take a look, but I've not tried it yet so cannot vouch
for it.
