1) Is pmfirewall any good? From a newbie point of view it seems pretty
good. I tested it against www.grc.com as well as using several nmap tools
and online tools at www.doshelp.com. Seems it is pretty sound because
everything shows as bocked or "stealth".

2) How do I make pmfirewall load at boot up so i don't have to keep
starting it manually? Do I add '/usr/local/pmfirewall/pmfirewall start' to
the end of /etc/services? If so do I need to assign a port to it?

3) How do I manully edit /sbin/ipchains? When I open /sbin/ipchains with a
text editor there are a ton of extended characters. I'm guessing there's
some file that is supposed to edit/configure ipchains for me(?) or I'm
looking at the wrong file. Any ideas?

4) I need to add the following so people can access my web server port
(which is currently blocked by pmfirewall):

-A input -s 0/0 -d <MY IP> 80 -i eth0 -p
6 -j ACCEPT

I hope that is the correct way to do so.

Thanks

Andre'
