You will want to use port forwarding to take care of that, instead of merely
passing those port numbers. Without port forwarding, NAT will keep the
clients from finding your database server.
Read the section on port forwarding in the Watchguard security manual (pages
81-84 in mine); I'm sure you'll see that it takes care of your issue. You
basically will want to forward any and all port 5003 traffic to that
specific host inside your network.

Subject: Prblm: Cofigure WatchGuard Firebox II for Filemaker db sharing
Dear subscribers.
I'm trying to configure our Firebox II firewall to
allow sharing of FileMaker databases from one of our
servers to clients on the Internet. According to the
documentation, port 5003 should be opened for in- and
outbound traffic, both TCP and UDP.
The problem is that the FileMaker clients can't list
the databases when they connect to the public IP
address. I use NAT to translate between the public IP
address and the internal IP address.
I would like to know if there is anyone with
experience on this matter. I'll be most grateful for
some help.
Kind regards, Ola Theander
