Load Balancing / Gauntlet Question

Hello everyone,

 

I currently use Gauntlet 5.0 on Solaris.  I am looking for a high availability load balancing solution.  I am considering the Radware Fireproof product.  Has anyone tried using routing protocols?  Does anyone have any opinions on what would be a good mix?  Whether it be hardware or software?  Thanks in advance for all answers.
