I wonder if anyone have read the book:
Information Security Policies Made Easy (http://www.baselinesoft.com/)
I consider the RFC 2196 (Security Handbook)a good guide to develop a
security policy, but when you are a newbie in these topics, I think that
you need 2 things:
1. A consultant (with several days)
2. A template to build a security policy (with a own project) to create
the document more fast.
