Thus my point has always been virus scanning belongs on EACH desktop and
to really deal with this issue it takes real user training.  Training that
will sink in and take hold, and will not be subject to single mellisa and
ILOVEYOU kinda incidents.  These are not incidents that are so
'unsimiliar' that users can not be taught safe e-mailing and surfing.
