All kernel values can be viewed (and most changed) using the absolute
debugger (adb, part of the SUNWcsu package).
you just have to load the running kernel into the debugger and
view the values
adb -k /dev/ksyms /dev/mem

for details about how to use adb to view/change kernel parameters.

another way to get the current system config is the command

/usr/sbin/sysdef

(although i do not know why the heck you want to meddle with the kernel
stack size, usually one disables stack-execution and increses the
firewall's device-drivers heapsize, at least thats what you do with
checkpoint FW-1...)
