Why not get tied in with a Regional or National
white box distributor?  The one I deal with will
build the system and for $35 include a 3 year depot
warranty.  I believe on-site warranties may also 
be available.  Having the hardware covered, leaves
the software for you to worry about and if a major
component (although none are expensive anymore) 
dies, you don't have to bear the replacement cost.
