Nope. It's been a few years since I ran a firewall like that. At the
time, the blocks worked for all standard content, which means they
sufficed to adjust users expectations so that they wouldn't try to
have active content enabled. We disabled support for them in the
standard browser configs, and ran periodic audits to ensure that
they were left disabled, so the firewall was mostly
belt-n-suspenders redundancy --- but convincing people that enabling
active content just got you yelled at, and didn't make the www any
more dynamic, was a valuable benefit.
