You'll find it under the organize tab on the tools menu, then on the "using
views" link. Executive summary is called "Messages with AutoPreview".  Set
it to "Messages"

By the way, if you go into Options, then Security, then Attachment security,
it should be set to high. Click on close, then on zone settings, then
restricted zones (the default, if the attachment security is set to high)
then custom level. Scroll down to the bottom, then back up 4 items to
Scripting and under it, Active Scripting. The default is enable. Set to
disable or prompt. This is the control for VBS.

Again, as others have said, these are last resort methods. It is far better
to filter the file before it hits the user's inbox.

The correct action is to ensure no one opens the attachment and, better,
if you have the skills, to set up email filters that stop any offending
messages.  Tell people to deactivate their executive summary feature in
Microsoft Outlook, and only then delete the e-mail without opening.
