IPchains can not do this, it only examines IP packet headers, not
their contents.
My email sanitizer can do this: http://mailtools.anomy.net/
The only catch is that the sanitizer is still in development (it works
pretty well, AFAIK, but has some RFC compliance issues which need to
be fixed), and I haven't documented it well enough. I use it to scan
all my mail though, and haven't had any serious problems yet.
One of the undocumented things are how to use the sanitizer to do
in-transit filtering - but it is possible, for example by adapting the
Inflex sendmail configuration to use the Anomy sanitizer instead of
Inflex.
