This may be the wrong way to approach your problem.... Blocking ports
doesn't necessarily work. Ports can easily change, Napster even has a
web based interface now. So unless you plan on blocking port 80 ...
Making AIM, Yahoo, ICU, ICQ etc web based (java anyone) is simple as
well.
Perhaps you should think about letting people manage people, instead of
trying to do it with technology.
