Can anyone point to resources that compare periodic external vulnerability scanning services such as IBM Internet ERS, MCI, ISS/Netrix ePatrol, etc?
What service providers are you using? I'm about ready to write an RFQ on this service. I'd like to make sure I include the best-of-breed providers. What criteria should I consider important in this RFQ - turn around time, report delivery format, thoroughness, format of explanation of results, cost, tech support, etc.
