It depends on your set up. If you have MS servers in a DMZ or something MS that is 
trying to go through a firewall and uses RPC that it could be you need to regedit some 
things to lock them down. I have ran into this problem a couple of times. A LOT of MS 
products use random ports above 1024. They must be locked down to function correctly.

Can someone please fully explain the use of port 1037 to me?
I have been unable to find any useful information about it and no-one
seems to know exactly what uses it.
