We use Omniquad mailwall ( http://www.omniquad.com ) and
it has all the features you need and even a little bit more. It is not too
difficult to administer and works with virtually every SMTP server around.
It works well with all the major antivirus firms like Mcafee, Norton ,
etc... , you can even download a 30 day trial version.
