It kinda depends on what country you buy your licenses in. Israel and the US
have similar policies, though the forms and procedures might be slightly
different.
According to U.S. law, you can ship triple DES VPN-1 almost anywhere in the
world, except the following countries: Cuba, Iraq, Libya, North Korea, Iran,
Syria, or Sudan. Youll need to obtain a form from your reseller to fill out,
but its really not a big deal anymore, just a simple procedure. I would post
the form from CheckPoint here, but at the bottom of it it says
"confidential" I am sure that you can contact your local reseller to get
your very own copy of it.
And you can certainly export it to the Netherlands!

You could start by giving us a tiny bit more information....like
say.....your OS for starters?

I'm a bit confused! I want to play around with
IPsec. Encrypted data transfer between two hosts.
What CAN I use ? Some things are not allowed to
be shipped from the US ? I'm from The Netherlands.
I'm really clueless at the moment, if someone could
shine some light on the subject of IPsec methods,
or point met to some clear docs; PLEASE do.
Regards,
