There is a sample code for a filtering NDIS driver on the MSDN somewhere.
Dont have the URL here, but if you seek on msdn online, you might be ablte
to get the code. This is where the Desktop Firewalls are hooked into the
system.
AFAIK it is not so easy to use it, since different NDIS (Ethernt) Drivers
use this layer a bit different, but this is one possible starting point.
Another point would be to hook into the dll. This is done for example by
applications which socksify windows programs. Not sure where you can find
documantation on that.
