Yes, stealth does indicates you're having your packets "nicely"
dropped. I'm getting Closed, not Stealth from shieldsup.grc.com.
I tested from outside, and did *not* get stealth. I'm getting an
explicit connection refused. Are you running any public servers? I
am running a public server on a couple of ports. I wonder if that's
the difference ...
