port 11

Just a quick question.....

In our firewall logs, we're seeing repeated denials of one host trying to
get to port 11 (NT server).  I'm aware thats the "Active User" port, but why
would anyone be so determined to get there?  (Forgive me, I'm not all that
familiar with that port).

Any help would be appreciated.
