Does your boss want to dial into your LAN from home, or dial into his ISP,
and then go into your LAN? If the former, secure the dial in connection
with strong authentication (ie: SecurID cards, reusable passwords are not
strong) and/or dial back capabilities (where once connected, the modem calls
back a pre determined telephone number). If the later, find out if your
firewall vendor has a VPN product, or, look at third party VPN products,
Info Express, for example.
