Make your 'dmz name server' the master of your
zone. And then tell your ISP to make their name
servers slaves to your master server.
One this is done, the zone info in your master
servers database will be transfered to your ISP's
servers, and the whole world will be able to pull
data (via nslookup and dig) from either the ISP
servers, or your 'dmz name server'.
Your 'dmz name server' will be available because
it is listed as authoritative for your zone in
SOA.
Make sure the 'dmz name server' does not have your
internal info in it's database. This should be a
seperate database from your internal (master) name
server. In other words, you will have two master
serves for your zone. But only one will be seen
by the Internet. The other will only be used
internally.
