Has anyone heard or experienced anything regarding Norton's Personal
Firewall, especially in comparison with ZoneAlarm?

P.S. Yes, I know this is an "industrial firewalls" list, but a firewall is
a firewall--at least in concept--so personal desktop firewalls should be
