Password Recovery Procedure
1. Take a paper clip and straighted it out because
we are getting read to pick a electronic lock.
2.put a console cable in the back of the 2500/2600
3. Put one end of paper clip in the Female connector
Pin 2 (Rx pin).
4. Locate pin Six (Data Set Ready).
5. Power up 2500/2600
6. Using paper clip Short pin 2 to pin 6 serveral times (one half second to one
second intervals)
7. Remove paper clip and Plug Female connector into Lap Top.
If you have a problem repeat using pins 2 & 5.
Hope this helps - This paper clip Password Recovery goes over
real big at a clients work place. "They love it".
You should be in the diag mode with a > prompt.
Follow normal procedure for recovery.
