A little OT, but yes you can. Disable forwarding on your SMTP server. This would
limit those telneting to port 25 on this server to being able to send email to local
users only. What version of sendmail are you currently running? You might want
to visit www.orbs.org

I'm
using Postfix and not sendmail. Btw, my
anti-relay is working only if I'll use a
mail client. But allows telnet to port 25. :-(
