Hi
I am another firewall newbie.
I am currently reading "Building Internet Firewalls" 2nd ed. It is a great
book. It will teach how firewalls work (and why they are not supposed to be
the only level of defense).
If you are new to network security Id also recommend for you to read
"Mastering Network Security", by Chris Brenton. Although it should have been
called "Beginning Network Security" it is a great book. At least, it oppened
my eyes to the fact, that information security is a lot of things.
However, does some of you firewall pros have an oppinion on what to read/do
after reading the above mentioned books?
Best regards
Lars
