Is the start of the IPSec information, the link to Certified Products will
bring up a list. I don't do any part of the certification process, but I
understand that interoperability between specific versions is important,
so paying attention to either the certification status of a product/vendor
or the specific version certified is the way to go.
Outside of IPSec, I think the only way you'll find interoperability is
when the products have the same base code or if it's a specific thing like
T-3 encryption or the old DES stuff for banks.
