Normally you sign this in a work contract that any inventions, programing
and work related Stuff (i dont know the official english word) is the
property of the emplyer. This does not include personal writings (which is
no invention). The question is what is if you write a whitepaper about child
care at your work time. clearly using your worktime for it is not legal, but
the question is if your employer can sue u for using your work time or if
they can also claim copyrigth on that document. I am not sure about that...
