We are using netscape proxy server (ver 3.6) for browsing with ldap
authentication.
I want to modify authentication window, instead of user name and password
,user should
get some policy statement. Please see the
existing setup and required setup below.
Existing Setup: When a user wants to browse Internet, 1. He types the name of the URL 2. He gets the authentication window 3. He authenticates and starts browsing What is required : Between point 1 and 2, the user should get a page of ours which has some policies defined on it and it will have an accept button in the end. Once he accepts it, then the user will be able to browse else, he should be denied access.... - The changes have to managed on the Proxy Server and not at the client level. - Also this should be applicable only for the first time he logs on (which means to say that this should occur the same as our authentication, every time he launches the browser) Please let Me know if you have any ideas as how to go about with this....
