this is really, really good advice.  it is important to remember that
the government (still) thinks of crypto as a munition even if you
don't think of yourself as an arms dealer.  and it will treat you
accordingly...

bna at the commerce department.  the link is either bxa.commerce.gov 
or commerce.gov/bxa, i don't recall

what you need to do is to ask the BXA for a commodity jurisdiction 
advisory to clarify whether you need a license to export.
