Cisco makes a nice multi-protocol (PPTP, L2TP, IPSEC) VPN
Concentrator device (the product was from a company called
Altiga which Cisco bought) -- the Cisco 3000 Series Concentrator.

In addition several of the Cisco router lines (as well as
the PIX firewall -- but you said you didn't need a firewall
as you had one already) can provide VPN capabilities as well.
No connection with Cisco other than as a satisfied customer.
