Hope to get some input from the rest..

We are observing some weird behaviour that a script
and log file are created automatically by some
programs on the root directory of a LAN PC.

An analysis of the script file showed that it is a FTP
script to an external IP and transfer (put) a log file
from the external host to the LAN PC.

Apparently the external IP refused response to ping,
ftp, etc.

Any idea from the rest? How to check the owner ISP of
the particular IP?
